Operation Guide:
The hood type dishwasher has three cycle time settings: typically 60 seconds, 90 seconds, or 120 seconds per rack. This means one minute, one and a half minutes, or two minutes per rack, allowing you to adjust the washing speed based on the grease level of the tableware.
Workflow:
1.Remove food scraps from dishes at the scrapping station.
2.Pre-rinse items by soaking and spraying them in a sink with a spray hose.
3.Load the pre-rinsed items into the rack.
4.Lift the dishwasher lid, push the rack into the machine, and close the lid.
5.Press the start button to begin the automatic washing cycle.
6.Once the cycle is complete, remove the rack. The cleaned tableware can then be stored directly or transferred to a sterilizer.
(During operation, the dispenser automatically injects detergent and rinse aid to enhance cleaning and drying performance.)
